In other to protect both buyers and sellers, OLX Nigeria has
introduce first ever escrow system on classified website in Nigeria and the
system is called OLXpay. It serves as escrow system which buyer can use to pay
for goods and serves on olx Nigeria platform such used car, phones, clothes etc. If sellers did not meet up with
the 15 days ultimatum to deliver the goods or services, the buyer can request
for a refund back to the card or paid to the bank account of the buyer.

How to enable OLXpay
system on your listing or ads
Buyers need to be very careful, if seller does not enable OLXpay
system on his or her listing or post. Buyers can ask the seller to enable it. If you
have not enabled it as a seller, you can do that by editing your ads, then
scroll down, you will see a button that says ‘enable sale’. Then select ‘yes’
as an option. Then click on update listing.
OLXpay fee
Both seller and buyer require paying a fee of 5% of total
amount each. The 5% will be automatically added to the total amount the buyer
will pay before checkout why 5% will be deducted before seller receive fund in
his or her bank account.
How to withdraw your
earning on OLX Nigeria platform
As a seller on olx Nigeria you need to update your profile
and add bank details for withdrawal. You can do that by login to your olx Nigeria
dashboard. Click on update profile, fill all necessary details especially your
name, bank name, bank account number etc then click on save. When you have money
to withdraw a button will pop up, then you can use the button to request
payment or chat with OLX care for instant withdraw request.
